We were born as human beings in this life. This seems completely natural and obvious to us. From a Buddhist perspective, however, it is anything but obvious. Rather, it is an incredibly precious privilege that we must first become aware of. By becoming aware of this preciousness, we will develop the right motivation to use our lives meaningfully and purposefully and to free ourselves step by step from the cycle of existence (samsara).
We are very happy to welcome Geshe Sherab back to our center! Geshe Sherab will show us the benefits of a precious human rebirth and help us to develop good motivation for our daily practice.
