Kundeling Rinpoche was recognized by His Holiness the Dalai Lama as the 13th reincarnation of the 12th Kundeling Tatsak Rinpoche.

In previous incarnations, he served as regent of Tibet, senior teacher of the Dalai Lama, and Gaden Tripa.

Kundeling Rinpoche was born in Lhasa, Tibet, in 1983. At a very young age, he was admitted to Drepung Monastery in South India.

In 2013, he completed his Geshe studies and in 2014 joined Gyudmed Monastery, where he completed his tantric studies.

Rinpoche travels around the world to give teachings.
